Beach Yoga

Lose yourself in the sounds of the sea.

There’s nothing more invigorating than feeling the sand in your toes and breathing in the fresh sea air, whilst the sun gently warms your body. During Kerry’s beach yoga sessions you will breathe, stretch and explore how rejuvenating your practice can be when done on the beach.

This session will no doubt leave you feeling invigorated and revitalised.

Beach yoga sessions run from June to September on a Saturday morning 7-8am @ The Glen Beach.

Pellowah is a high vibrational frequency energy that helps us make a radical energetic “shift in our consciousness”. This healing can only be facilitated by practitioners trained in this healing modality and registered with the Founder Kachina Ma’an, who has dedicated her life to the spiritual evolution of humankind.

Many believe this is the purest form of healing available to use at this time. It unblocks and realigns all meridians within the body, giving you a feeling of well-being and connection to the true self. The purpose of Pellowah is to increase your capacity for positive change, thus enabling you to reach your highest purpose and potential.

After a session many find they feel optimistic, inspired, find purpose in their life where there once was no direction, have a greater sense of empowerment, inner strength and confidence. Through this form of healing clients will form new perspectives, therefore making better choices.

Pellowah is a form of healing that can be done more than once. The number of sessions will vary from client and will be at the client’s discretion NOT the practitioners.

A healing session should take somewhere between 45-60 minutes and is an investment of £45.
