Kerry has a dedicated mindfulness based meditation practice since 2010 and is an Accredited Advance Mindfulness for Health & Mindfulness for Stress Teacher. She is trained to teach mindfulness and compassion to groups and individuals.
Kerry has a professional background in public health, specialising in mental and emotional wellbeing, behaviour change and health improvement & is passionate about integrating both western scientific and easter philosophical approaches.
